The 5 acre property is set back off the road, down a 400 ft driveway. 200 ft tall standing timber dominants the upper portion. while a class 3 river and gravel bars dominate the lower portion. Its like two distinct environments woods and river. We have 350 feet of river front, which lead out to a vast wilderness area. Once down our drive way, seldom seen is another human being . You may see A occasional rafter or kayaker but only for a few minutes as they float by. Otherwise its you and Sasquatch.
